Also, during the holidays, we sell our famous "Chatterton Hill Chewies", a delicious toffee-cracker sensation that comes in a variety of flavors, including those with chocolate!

Both of these items will be available at Knit Picker tables at local holiday fairs, but you may call Rev. Bonnie if you would to order these items NOW!

Want us to make something for you?

Our Knit Pickers contribute to the church by taking orders for handmade items. You name it! If you describe it, or see a pattern you like, we will make it in any size, color, or design! For example, you might want to order an item for :

  • a baby ( e.g. -- a hat, sweater, sweater set, booties, blanket, christening outfit, dress, coveralls, or toy, etc.)
  • a child (e.g. -- a sweater, animal-themed hat, Elmo hat or gloves, vest, dress, leg warmers, etc.)
  • a teenager (e.g. -- hat, cowl, gloves, boot toppers, shawl, shrug, fingerless gloves, iPhone or iPad cover, etc.)
  • a lady (e.g. -- hat and glove set, shawl, "green grocer" bag, lunch sack, slippers, fancy "twirly" scarf, etc.)
  • a man (e.g. -- hat, gloves, scarf, lap robe, golf club covers, etc.)

To place an order, just call Rev. Bonnie (914-997-7322) and describe what you are looking for. Or, you may visit our ongoing display, right in the Fellowship Hall at church. You might find something you like there!

Our other offerings ~

The Knit Pickers are always up to something new! We are now offering our "Chatterton Hill Critters", miniature clay creations just right for your favorite youngster! Each stands under 1" tall, and comes on a removable tiny mirror base. The cost is $3 each, or 2 for $5.

Want to learn how to knit or crochet?

The Knit Pickers meet every Saturday morning at the parsonage, unless they are at a fair or on a field trip to a new yarn shop or knitting at a park. Our ladies teach both knitting and crocheting -- FOR FREE! Just call Rev. Bonnie (914-997-7322) to see if the group is meeting. We will get you started with materials on hand, or tell you what to bring, if you like!
